Neeta currently leads the Bid Centre team at Softcat, the UK's leading IT Value Added Reseller. She holds a Masters degree in Engineering, and has over 20 years’ experience in bid management. She has worked across various industries and enjoys leading high-performing teams to achieve the best possible results.

She is APMP’s current winner of the ‘Outstanding Leadership Award’ and has championed APMP best practice within the sales cycle, throughout her career.  An advocate for diversity and inclusion, she believes that fostering an inclusive environment is crucial for both individual and organisational success.
