Debbie is an experienced Bid Manager with a diverse business background and a demonstrated history of working across a wide range of industries both as a direct employee and as a consultant. Winning many different size and varying complexity of bids, Debbie enjoys working with teams and coaching individuals to produce high quality, compelling bids.

Debbie started her career in procurement at BAE Systems and ran the first reverse e-auction for avionics parts in Rochester; she then worked in various Marketing and Sales roles including several years supporting business unit sales in Scandinavia and other countries as an Industrial Participation manager.
