This series of knowledge drops is a welcome distillation of the Act, saving need to review all 200 pages to get the salient points of what the Act overs. What isn’t quite clear yet in the information published by the government is how procurement teams will implement the Act. Hopefully as more guidance follows, we will get a greater perspective on how bidding will change in the public sector.
